What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are shown in USD (United States Dollars).
I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Please allow 24–48 business hours for us to process your order before shipment.
Most orders are delivered within 7–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, depending on your location and the item ordered, some packages may arrive sooner than 7 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 3–5 business days after your order has shipped.
If you haven’t received tracking after 5 business days post-shipment, email us at support@bellecura.com.
Can I return my order or request a refund?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition.
If your item is defective or damaged, we’ll refund your full purchase amount.
To request a return, please email support@bellecura.com with your order number and reason for return.
You’ll need to cover return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at no charge as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.
If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for it to arrive and follow our Returns Policy to request a refund.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@bellecura.com within 24 hours.
After 24 hours, we may not be able to adjust the address, and BelleCura is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship only within the United States.
Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days after processing. In some cases, delivery may be faster depending on your location and item availability. Some products may also ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
