What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our website are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
I just placed an order — when will it ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package during delivery.
How long does shipping take?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and product availability. In some cases, items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.
Can I return my order or request a refund?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original condition.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
To request a return, please email support@bellecura.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Return shipping costs may apply unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped yet.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may request a return once the item is delivered in accordance with our Returns Policy.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@bellecura.com as soon as possible.
Address changes can usually be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we may not be able to modify the shipment.
